Private Dining & Catering

An event may be placed on a tentative hold while it is being discussed with the Sales & Marketing team. However, the event will not be confirmed until the contract, including credit card information, has been fully executed.

The guaranteed number of guests attending the event is required five days before the event date.

Small guest-count changes of plus or minus five guests are acceptable 48 hours in advance and may be adjusted accordingly in the contract.

Unless the team is notified of a guest-count revision, the number originally contracted will be assumed as the guarantee. The bill will reflect a charge for either the guaranteed number or the actual number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.

Some special events may require a final guest count 10 days before the event.

Payments may be made by check or credit card.

Payment must be made before or on the day of the event.

A 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to events totaling more than $1,000 when paid by credit card.

Final payment may be divided into a maximum of six checks.

For events totaling more than $5,000, a 50% deposit is required four weeks before the event.

A 20% gratuity will be applied to all on-site restaurant events.

Gratuity for off-site events and catering is at the client's discretion.

A 2% event administration fee will be applied to all on-site and off-site events.

For events totaling more than $1,000 and paid by credit card, a 3% credit card processing fee will be applied.

There is a $75 fee for the use of AV equipment in the Morph Private Dining Room.

If a confirmed event is canceled within seven days of the event date, 10% of the event cost will be incurred.

If a confirmed event is canceled within 72 hours of the event date or time, 50% of the event cost will be charged.

If a confirmed event is canceled on the day of the event, 100% of the event cost will be charged.

Parking is recommended in the Whole Foods garage at the corner of 12th Avenue North and Broadway.

Parking can be validated for $12 for up to three hours.

If complimentary parking will be offered to guests, parking passes may be purchased for $15 plus tax and added to the final bill.
